Agreed. A lot of the ugl shit out there these days is underdosed compared to hg stuff and ugl/vet stuff from earlier this decade.

I've had good luck with Hg but its mini jelfa 100. I shy away from other Hg for fear of. Counterfeits. Also, I've been reading about Hg gear causing pain. Is this normal?

Growing on junk food. Junk food still has alot of calories. Imo its better to eat more and be off mark then eat less calories and be on mark.

Certain hg gear can cause pain because sometimes they put a lot of BA in there. I believe organon puts up to 10% ba in their sus.
