I am asked a lot to outline my style. I cannot do this as each person is different. My style is to get my client to reach their goal the healthiest way possible. Routines change. Diets change. Supplements change. It's very fluid.
 
Do you have a base program that you start people with and then make adjustments from there?
 
When working with clients that have strong opinions on their own training, nutrition and philosophies of body building, how do you change their perspective without driving them away? I know if they are working with you they are there for a reason. Yet, I would think some athletes are stubborn and I would like to hear what you say.

This sport is not for the closed minded. I would not work with them. I need open minds and flexibility or neither of us can figure out your personal body puzzle. DNA testing makes this really easy though.
 
What do u charge for a beginner...im 38 have been workin out since my early 20s but still consider myself new at this in a way

phil, what do charge for a novice competitor? off season and precontest?
 
Phil is a good guy. Just started with him two weeks ago. Phil I thought the DNA test was $100 and then another $200 for you to read it?

What can the reading tell you in terms of muscle building, eg whether to give up or not? Lol

It tells you what foods and supplements can harm you and what can benefit you. IT depends upon how many mutations you have in your genetics.........I have seen people with many and some with very few. My issue is that I cannot take vitamin E or Folic acid. I need different versions of them or else my homocysteine levels become too high. I had a blood test and yes, my homocysteine levels were too high. I am not on methylfolate and tocotrienol (different form of vitamin E)
 
So you're telling me you're not going to put me on 4 grams of test, 3 grams of tren plus 20 ius pharma hgh like i heard that so and so ifbb pro abc is on?

But what you're really saying is that when I thought I was being clever and got the exact layout you gave me newbie friend Queefer who weighs 135 lbs soaking wet and copied it word by word and have been implementing the diet and training for the past 6 months that I've been wasting my time?

I wondered why I was getting smaller... Shit.

How do you deal with someone that has a very limited diet, due to a disease?
