its not a fun thing to cycle

make sure you have immodium and tons of fluids

it makes me puke after i pin it

i pinned .25mcg in my gyno and it reduced it by about 10% thats about it

i dont think its something you can grow much off of, save it for contest

Personally PGCL worked well for me last summer getting ready for my contest. I think it is great if it is in a perfect fat burning environment with say Clen, T3, but to each their own. As for the substance itself I think it is kind of like creatine (lame example I guess) but in the fact that everyone is different with it. A buddy of mine took it and it did not do too much for him, but for me, it worked wonders so to each their own.
