have you got any competitions coming up that you're going to be doing in the UK?

Just wondered as I remember that at one of the comps my friend did a couple of years back had a lot of guys from the continent. I'm trying to remember what one it was, might have been the CNP grand prix but i'm not sure.

I should have entered the NABBA MR UNIVERSE in Southport last October, but I injured myself a few weeks before

At the moment I don't have any comp planned at all... just not in the mood for it. To perform on stage you have to want it BADLY and dedicate yourself to the prep 200%.

Just not enough motivation righ now... this sport is a really demanding one and the rewards are ridiculous compared to the sacrifices made

But hopefully I'll get amazingly fat and that alone will be enough to be back on the diet

Don't know about the GP you're talking about... ask Big Bapper, he's from Ireland

Wouldnt mind coming to see you compete. it sucks at our end in europe if you think about it. so many of the board get to go see each other in the US competitions but we dont get enough in our continent.

I might even have to resort to going on stage.
