Yeah, Phil Hernon is unreal about how fast he responds. I am just worried that if the word gets out how good he is ,he might get too swamped! He is top notch on the phone too, and isnt afraid to tell you like it is. Much rather have that than someone that doesnt speak their mind!

I can't say enough things about how quick the guy responds to any of my questions.

And he is veru upbeat and positive, although I can imagine him at times looking at my e-mails and shaking his head.

A year ago, they sent me the small bottles instead of the big bottles of LBA and he was right on to correct the error and had the other bottles in 5 days.
