Phils Results so far......
Here's me at 242 with a lot of fat and water back in october 07. http://www.professionalmuscle.com/forums/showthread.php?t=29683
I fell out the gym for 2 months and then got back in it around the FEB 08 time frame. I think I have about another 2 months before I'm ripped. I'm trying to cut up natural so I know how to do it without "help". Then the goal is to start "adding" quality muscle while staying lean and never getting as fat as I was at 242lbs.
The first pics is me from the start of 13-May08 when I took Phils diet and training, the second is me as of yesterday a 212lbs cold.
This is all without the use of LBA's because I haven't received them yet but I have been making due with what Iraq has to offer until the LBA's come in. Can't wait to try them and then I'll give me honest feedback on them.
