heres my advice to everyone being trained by Phil. if your gains slow down tell Phil. if your not leaning out tell Phil. if your having any problems with your program, Tell Phil. Let the man do his job. its great to discuss what he has you do versus what he has me do but each one of us is going to physically react differently to his various programs. We all hired him to help us get results that we could not achieve on our own. that means he's the expert. i cant offer you advice on how to manipulate a diet he put you on, or a training program he put edge250 on because i dont know what he knows about you and i dont know as much about bodybuilding as he does. Yes it would be great to have all his trainees in one place, but try not to question his methods. they are individualized, so a food or exercise thats ok for me may not be for you. thats why he tests you in the first place. be patient and let the program work. i know it sucks sometimes not being able to eat something you love or miss but if you ever want to achieve being able to stand on a stage at a level that phil, and alot of the other members have it takes sacrafice. so me not eating lasagna, except for christmas which i already talked to phil about, it will be worth it if i can get into the kind of shape where i can step on a stage for the first time. even phils programs take time to work. patients is key here. this is a process not a one word answer to al things bodybuilding.
