Of course. I should add I meant when compared to the best. They would still look great for them but compared to others the difference would be vast. I didn't have a time frame in mind when making that post but in my head a few years but even 20 years I still think that. There are plenty of men if they ate perfectly for 20 years and took lot's of drugs and slept 8 hours per day etc if they competed next to Flex Wheeler who had been training for 2 years and had just done a 1st cycle of 500mg test they would be destroyed onstage.
Hard work can go very very far but genetics will always win. When genetics is mentioned there is one particular thing that always pops into my head and it's CALVES. Have you heard Flex Lewis talk about his calf training? He literally done a few sets of 8-12 and that was it. Take someone who has shit calves (after training for years) and have him do everything right over 10 years and he will build a nice pair of calves and then have him stand next to Flex Lewis who has barely trained for 6 months and his calves will look shit again
