Hi Bros,

Here is my situation.I am married for 4 years and 36 years old.We have a gym in the downtown the city i live.I also work in a manufacturing company. It has been 3,5 years that i wake ap at 6am go to factory and back to the gym at 7pm.i work in the gym with my wife as a trainer.I also myself workout.I feel that my body very exhausted.I can not workout anymore.I sleep after 11:30pm after we close the gym.
I tried to take a few weeks rest from workout.I was ok that time.But when i return to workout again i am exhausted again.It seems that my body can not take this schedule anymore.But i have to work 5 month more in the factory.

What can i do while this 5 month.I have to keep my body in shape because i am gym owner

Take more rest days... I only workout about 4 times per week, 45 minutes tops and keep myself in pretty damn good shape...

At age 35, I slowed down a bit. I noticed my energy levels weren't what they used to be. I had to pay more attention to my diet and my rest. The days that I could eat just about anything and function of a few hours of sleep were over.
 
hey bro....they are right...take more off days, or lowed ammount of workingout u do...u just have to keep up appearences right??
