PO Box or Home???

I am ordering gear online for the first time. My source has gone south. So I am going to give one of our sponsors a try. I am hoping for the best. Anyone have any thoughts, opinions, experiences that would help me decide where I should have the shippment sent to?

It doesn't really matter as long as you know that no one messes with your home mailbox. If there's a possibility of people tampering with your home box, then a po box would be better. As far as legal reasons go though, if you get caught, you're screwed either way.

Legally PO box is better, only because they must prove a connection between the gear you order and that it will end up in your home. Otherwise cops cant (shouldnt-I must say, they get away with murder) search your home also (if you are caught receiving the mail at the box).

In todays society and with the type of govenrment we had and unless you have a lot of money to get a good lawyer if you get caught the P.O box will buy you more time if they are gonna come and get you. They will need to do a bit more investigating to prove it was you who ordered the pack to the box and make sure your picking it up etc. When sent to your home it is much easier for them to go to a judge and request a warrant to search your home and arrest you. Use the PMB or P.O if you can get someone else to accept it I would go that route. Fake ID's & PMB and someone else doing all this for you would be teh best way to go if you have the right connections if not just use the PMB or Po Box. is the way to go if ordering via mail. 9 times out fo 10 your not gonna get busted with personal use amounts. Now if you transporting large amounts, amounts they will assume you are distributing to others then thats where you will find trouble sooner or later. You'll be fine... Just use the P.O or PMB.
