This is going to sound dumb, but the longer my girl and I are together, the less porn I watch. It doesn't do much for me anymore. A few years back I felt like I had a problem, but a healthy relationship with someone as horny and fucked up as I am has really reduced my interest in watching people do it on screen.

The answer to your question is yes! It gets even worse when using even higher androgens like Tren. You have a wife so you really shouldn’t need to watch porn. My wife fulfills all my sexual needs. That’s how God designed it. Porn is similar to sugar in the aspect—the more of it you intake the more you crave and you’ll never get enough. Put the extra sexual energy into your wife.

Porn is easy dopamine/oxytocin... your body thinks it is "winning in life" getting laid by women who are merely pixels on a screen? Too easy... not masculine. Now, I am saying that on the back end of battling this myself a couple years ago ... had to go softcore... then photos only... like a slow step down. Had a couple "relapses" but overall going from daily to extremely rarely is a win. But honestly the most useful thing is to be BUSY winning in real life. Close a sale... come up with a product... write a book... build a business... make love to your wife in real life.

Porn (and dozens of weird chemicals and comfort things) are softening men at an alarming rate... it has to turn around. And those of us with the discipline to put our bodies through the hell of training (that we mostly enjoy), deny ourselves "fun" foods to remain lean and build muscle, certainly have the the transferable skill/discipline to hold out for sex with our spouse.

Like @headtrainer says... once you cave in it is very similar to sugar/fast food and you will crave more and more... eventually dependent! This isn't the life for any man much less a married one with kids.

I think porn can ruin men`s expectations of what is "normal". I had a friend that is over weight, insecure but he is hooking up with this younger hot girl and he can`t go past kissing because he is nervous, waiting for her to move. He says the girl told him "she loves sucking D". He asks me, "why doesn`t she just go for it and suck it?" That is not real life, only in porn! LOL. There are countless more stories of men thinking crazy shit is normal and what every day women want. Then the relationship goes nowhere, what a surprise.

I am fairly new to this particular forum but been around awhile and something I read in another forum that I applied to myself when struggling with porn addiction, and it really worked, was the peptide oxytocin. When I would feel like watching porn and masturbating to change the way I feel I would take 100mcg of oxytocin and 9 times out of 10 the desire would be gone. I didn't work every time but it did work and after a month or so I found myself thinking about it significantly less.

It’s a problem if it’s making a negative impact on your life. Ignoring responsibilities, your partner, making you cheat or late to work. Then it’s a problem. Imagine getting fired for whacking off at work?

My honest take is if it’s not harming any one or yourself then it’s ok. Follow me ok? I am 58 almost my lucky ass has a 30 year old woman. She has a pretty high sex drive and my better shape when we meet definitely helped me bag her sexy ass. I’ve fallen and am planning on a new cycle.


I noticed when we first meet if I was wearing her out and not getting enough sex to satisfy me I would start leering at woman. This I felt was horrible. I would even catch myself “ WTF why am I looking I have a chic at home way hotter than her. “

So because of this I kind of used it as a tool to curb my appetite if I wasn’t getting enough through our relationship to satisfy myself.

Make sense? I wasn’t turning to porn first. Always looking to her first . I also was making a conscious effort to not do it more than 3 times a week
