I just came across this thread, and gotta say there is a ton of shit on here that I can directly relate to. I think any man that has been married for awhile and has kids (3 for me) can relate.

thanks Rock. I have a terrible time relaxing to get sleep and stay awake all night a lot . I always have. so I use porn to settle in. my wife has been very active with me this year and reading your post made me realize that I need to save it for her when she needs it. today, I turned it off and pleasured myself to her memory instead. hey. its a start

I used to think this was a problem, and I realized it's bullshit. I used to have occasional ED but it was related to relationship problems and not to porn watching. Now that the relationship is in a better place, my porn watching (solo, not with long-term/live-in GF) has remained the same and my sexual performance is better than earlier. Porn watching may be a symptom of other emotional issues, but porn ITSELF is not the problem.

I suffer from the occasional ED myself, many times the issues are not health related but deep rooted psychologically. Relationship issues, stress, family life, past traumas, you name it could have a major role in a man suffering from ED. First, rule out any medical conditions, then if all that is good, seek professional help, also, depression could play a role in ED, so many things that could affect that we can't point it out. So many factors that can affect our sex life..
