I top 10 placing at a nat. level show had been a "goal" for about 10 yr now, just b/c I thought it would indicate a certain level of physique development. This show only had 9 Heavies (very undersized for a nat. level show, even the Jr. USA's), so I can't say that I reached that "goal," but I'm happy with that placing FOR sure. This at least gets me back to the Jr. USA's indefinitely, I think. (They're still nebulous as far as timeline on .pdf you can download from npcnewsonline.com )

P.S. I was 4th in the Heavies.

One sugestion, on the kneeling poses kip you legs closer, by kiping them closer it will make you look more simetrical. And will prevent the impresion that you legs are small. You where in very good condition.

Emeric - you're right. I need to work on those poses, as well as my archer's poses and the standing single biceps shot with a bend at the hip. Those are some poses I figured I'd do, but hadn't worked on a ton. (TBH, while I pose at least 2-3 x / week during entire year it's almost entirely mandatories. I hadn't worked on that routine at all except for a few minutes of general mental rehearsal before the night show, when I figured I had a shot of being in the top 5.)

I've got some good things to work on posing-wise now after training. Thanks, Emeric.
