I finished up a big big cycle about 3 weeks ago and am continuing to keep the cals the same to keep my gains(on hrt, but still don't like immediate dieting, b/c I will lose gains) Anyway, since im kinda maintaining now and will start mildly dieting soon, is it ok to have only maltodextrin with whey as my sugar souce post workout, or is it too slowly digested?
