Prami and appetite

I am on day 4 of .2 mg ED of prami. I understand that one usage of prami is as an appetite suppressant. 2 hours after my first dose I lost my appetite to a point of force feeding myself and trying not to vomit. I have had a constant headache, body aches, nausea and lethargy. At first I thought I had test flu but it doesn't feel the same. Question, is this temporary? Does my body just need to adjust? Are these symptoms common? I will stick it out if it is common for sides to subside but I can't put up with this for an entire cycle.
