Pre comp & Fats??

Im curious as to pre competition fat intake among competitors. Im concearned that dropping fats all together leaves a flat look and id like to hear how much and what kinds of fats some other competitors use in competition prep.

ie: i like to use natural almond or peanut butter(with protein shake 2-3tbs, 2-3 shakes a day), olive oil (in cooking meats and eggs 2-3 tbs 2-3 times a day), and mixed nuts(snack with apple or after later meals low in carbs 1/2-1 ounces) mostly to obtain a full feeling. Also use fish oil 4 caps a day.

The amount of fats you take in depends on how many carbs you are taking in at that time...I will normally start out with my fats lower, than as the carbs start to drop out, I will add in extra cals from fats and protein...
