Im curious as to pre competition fat intake among competitors. Im concearned that dropping fats all together leaves a flat look and id like to hear how much and what kinds of fats some other competitors use in competition prep.
ie: i like to use natural almond or peanut butter(with protein shake 2-3tbs, 2-3 shakes a day), olive oil (in cooking meats and eggs 2-3 tbs 2-3 times a day), and mixed nuts(snack with apple or after later meals low in carbs 1/2-1 ounces) mostly to obtain a full feeling. Also use fish oil 4 caps a day.
