This is the only aspect I have not 100% able to narrow down on how to approach things the final week? I know how great I can look after i eat a big nasty meal (shitload). Does anyone have any particulars on how to approach a load like this? I was thinking of skiploading monday night tues all day. Drinking a ton of water, getting some light workouts and cardio sessions in til friday. No leg training. No sodium on friday. 1/2 dyazide at 8pm, 1/2dyazide at beginning of load. Cut water at 9pm. Start loading every 2 hours starting 8 hours before prejudging being careful not to eat to much so stomach does not bloat. Sound ok? any suggestions would be great or would a more traditional load be more appropriate?
