A friend of mine has a show coming up in about 12 weeks and we're trying to figure out the best supps to run up to and through the show. I'm going to paste an example of what his diet consists of and what I was going to recommend for him to take. I know gear basics but as far as what gear goes best with a particular diet I have no clue.
Here' s what I'm thinkin...I burn approx 4,000 calories a day. I'm going to take in approx 3,500 calories to start, and adjust from there. I will keep my protein at 400g a day, and manipulate my carb or fat intake depending if I need to increase or decrease. I am starting cardio at 30 minutes 4 times a week, and will increase as needed. I'm 223lbs, 8% bodyfat and 12 weeks out.

Protein- 412grams*4calories/gram=1648 calories
Carbs- 269grams*4calories/gram=1076calories
Fats-100grams*9calories/gram=900 calories
1648+1076+900=3624 calories (daily intake)
Eat 6 meals a day...2 of those are shakes.
6AM-Egg whites, cheese, oats (430 calories, 35g protein,50g carb, 10g fat)
9AM-Steak, potatoes, green beans (685 calories, 60g protein, 50g carb, 25g fat)
12PM-Chicken, rice, broccoli (535 calories, 50g protein, 50g carb, 15g fat)
3PM-Shake (377 calories, 75g protein, 8g carb, 5g fat)
6PM-Shake (Post workout) (377 calories, 75g protein, 8g carb, 5g fat)
7PM-Steak, potato,salad (685 calories, 65g protein, 50g carb, 25g fat)
9PM-Chicken, rice, Salad (535 calories, 50g protein, 50 g carb, 15g fat)
He's on 450 of tren enanthate per week right now. I was think about having him add in 100mg of winny oral per day and doing that for 8 weeks with the tren. Then having him switch to masteron and anavar 4 weeks out from the show and running those right through the show.
I would greatly appreciate any input or advice.
