I'm type 2 diabetic and want to experiment with a little insulin pre-workout. W/O insulin, I can take in very little sugar during a workout. I have access to log and R. I'm curious as to which type most are using and how much. I'm going to start with a small amount and experiment. I'm leaning towards log, but it hits a lot harder, but is out of the system quicker. I realize a lot of tips may not apply to me, but I'm looking for what others are doing.
