So I try to boos tmy energy before the gym since I trian at 7:30 PM. COuple weeks ago I just made a really strong pot of coffe chugged it 30 mins ahead of time and it was great. So I upped it and about got sick. SO 2 days ago I took 650mgs ephedra, bad idea alost yacked doing squats but worst was DIZZY as hell...
