preventing estrogen rebound......need opinions

i have never had to use anti e's until this cycle.....im using armidex at 1mg a day.....im back down at the level i cruise at(test@250mg/wk)....my question is do i just discontinue the adex.....cut down to .5mg/day then discontinue.....discontinue and use tamox for a few weeks.....any help is appreciated...

Arimidex can backfire on you ........use aromasin......plus aromasin is easier on lipid profiles

i appreciate the help about using aromasin....im already using adex....im just trying to find the best way to get off of it w/o estrogen rebound.....

I was on letro and it was to strong for me.... so I did some research.... and found the best way to come off or switch AI's is to taper down slowy off what your curently doing (arimidex in your case) when your about a week out from coming off the arimidex completley add in your new compound your using( in your case aromasin). use both until the aromasin is completley in your bloodstream then drop the arimidex completley.... and that should avoid the rebound effect... if you weren't adding in another AI and just trying to come off completley.... you can use the same method as above but with tamox or tormefiene instead to avoid rebound.... It worked for me.... so Im just basing this off personal experiance.... just thought Id give my 2 cents....

Go with what Phil said. Use aromasin, From everything i've read and heard there is no rebound when coming off Aromasin.
