I saw Emeric post saying to cut out the peanut butter but i didnt see an explanation and he hasnt been able to answer my pm yet so i thought i would toss it out there.
I understand some people say choose almond butter instead i think because it has more mono fats and such, but is there anything else taht is inherently wrong with peanut butter in particular. Maybe because the store stuff is also refined.
Ne advice or tips I am quite interested because in my life time i have consumed a shit ton of peanut butter.
