IMO there are two proteins you should have as supplements to your diet.
A good quality isolate and a good quality concentrate. Then you add in LIQUID BEEF AMINOS. Make sure you get good solid numbers from whole food and there you go!
Think about it! LBA's are readily absorbed by the body because they come from beef. I have noticed great increase in concentration and focus. Strength increase almost immeadiately. This is probably due to the increase in focus. Recovery after training is amazing. If you mix it in water it is absorbed right away. I have trialed these on novice trainers, I did not tell them what to expect. I gave them one serve mixed in water and they all said exactly the same thing. Within fifteeen minutes of taking them they noticed a sharp increase in the willingness to train and on their heavy sets posted an extra few reps that weren't there previously, thus upping the weight for the next set. No stomach probs. Our muscle structure is basically red meat, this is why we need protein from animal sources. LBA's fit the bill as they come from beef plasma. Very stable and easily utilized by our bodies. Order a bottle or two from PHIL HERNON. You really have nothing to lose. I will not use any other amino acid supplememnt except these from now on. LBA's have changed the face of amino acid supplementation forever!!PowerEddie02 said:What kinda gains have you gotten since you've taken LBA? I am just kinda skeptical on how stable it is on passing through the stomach pH which pretty much denatures anything.
