Kidding aside - if you're "ready," it doesn't take a lot. If there's some weights use them. There's plenty of things you can do with a towel if you have someone else (or another competitor to switch off with). When you're in shape and ready to roll, it's not going to take a lot to get you pumped up.
1. Do not stare at the fitness girls back stage, especially if they are changing in a doorless room, u dont get extra points for that muscle, u might get deducted actually (iv seen sum1 stuff a beanie baby down there lol)
2. Dont put on too much oil, u dont wanna look like a glazed doughnut
