I am having a problem. I use humalog around my workouts, usually just PWO, but have been experimenting with pre-WO. Consume quick carbs (waxy maize), whey isolate, bcaa and creatine during this window as well. The problem is that 1-1.5 hours after my workout, when I want to eat dinner, I am usually too bloated and full to have much, if anything. Is there anything I can do to diminish this feeling? Is it the creatine?
