I noticed somewhere a reference to you doing a routine similiar to Phil's. I was wondering if you could post your split, with examples of exercises you would do that day? Thanks.
I do 5-7 sets per bodypart depending on what bodypart, and 2 to 3 exercises. It usually comes down to the smaller bodypart less sets, bigger more sets
train stick one main exercise per bodypart e.g flat bench chest , hammer strength row machine back, bh neck shoulder press shoulders then change around the other exercises I do with that bodypart constantly
