Thank you for the nice comments.

Post workout meals , (emidiately after training), some times cottage cheese with pinapple and raisins, some times cottage cheese with added sugar and raisins,and some times micellar protein and sugar and raisens.

Pre workout meal 2 hour before training, (is 99% is the same) 2 serv oats 1/2 cup of raisins, 10 egg white with 4 yolk, 5g omega 3, 1cup fresh made aple juce.

For my chest I do (after warm up):
1. incline bench press on smith machine negative system 3x12 (failuer)
2. flet on the floor, dumbbell - cable combo fly - press, negative system 3x12(failuer)
3. minor pec on the dip bar negative system 3 x12 to failuer

For cardio I prefer tradmill.

Decline is a good exercise, I prefer dips.

Negatives are my favorits, the way I do the negatives are different from the regular negatives, negatives has the ability to stimulate more muscle fibers.
When muscle fibers are stimulated sufficiently through the stress of heavy negative weight training, muscles will reproduce and create more fiber. Once that happens, the overall size of the muscle increase. I my opinin the negative way is the most effective and efficient way to train to maximize the rate your muscle grow.

Training to the failure is very important.

If you have no genetics for your calves then is the best to train you calves, every other days.
