Does the time of the feeding window really matter.??

For instance if someone wakes up super hungry and has low blood sugar issues till they eat at 2pm , could they eat as soon as the wake up?? His blood sugar at wake up is 80-85 after a 30 min walk it down to low 70's and stays there and feels bad till he eats.

So wake at 5am , do 30min fasted cardio then eat at 6am , 9am and 12pm them start the fast till the next morning.??

G . . . no disrespect intended. You are a long time member who has contributed much
to this board but in this case it is my opinion that you picking fly shit out of pepper.
Ditch the glucometer.

Being no stranger to fasting, it has been my experience it does not matter when you start it,
just start it. For practical purposes, I find it easiest to start fasting after a light evening
meal and will continue fasting for the amount of time I deem it 'necessary'. I have no hard
fast rules for fasting. I do it for the obvious health benefits and to experiment with my body
and the power of the mind. (Steroids and supplements are too easy.) The hardest for me
is the first 24 hours. After that it gets easier for me. 3 days is a nice amount of time for me.
Could easily go longer but I feel no need to. And I drink a lot of purified water and green tea.
That's it.

Again, I wouldn't worry too much about when or what your blood sugar levels are if you
are eating in a normal, healthy fashion. It will all balance out in the end.

I do no weight lifting. Only long, easy walks to help clear my mind. Let your energy level
be you guide.

Know your body. And your brain.
