Thanks alot Mark. I appreciate that kind words. I'm 5'6" and weighed in that Morn. at 185lbs., but was about 195 in that pic. I normally hover between
6-10% yr. round and carry at 205-215. Have hit 220 at my highest, but that was alot of h20 retention. The plan is to take off a full year and return to the Excaliber at a Dense, hard, striated 195-198lbs.

I had a pair of shades like that I would wear out sometimes when I was a clubber, but they have since been retired and passed down to a freind of mine.. He doesn't represent them like I did though..

P, thanks brotha! I'm going to take a year off and just get as dense as I can at 198 and do the Excaliber 07 to redeem myself. Then we'll go from there. I've been trying to rush things this year and I think that I need to slow my roll and let my muscle mature a bit. How about yourself? When are you hopping on stage again? You looked great in your last comp.

Thing is they really aren't mad at rob for looking good, they are mad at themselves for looking like shit and mad at thier women for wanting to fuck rob becuase he looks good and takes care of his phyisque.

When i'm in a club and get that I take it as a backwards compliment that I am doing something right. All of us here should.
