i have a question about timing. i will compete as a heavyweight and we are the 2nd to last on stage saturday evening. lets say 10-11pm what time should i start a shitload friday night to ensure that havent spilled over that late saturday night and to insure enough time to "fill out" before prejudge? what time frames have worked for you guys that have done it before?
planned on carb depletion and getting dried out before i start the shitload at 7pm friday evening-i will utilize carb storing supps at 7pm and 10pm. i will consume water only as needed in small increments (3-4oz) to help the filling out process and will use my eye and photos to determine when and how much i take in. i will drink 1tsp salt with small amt of grape juice before going on stage in morning. thats my general outline.
