on back and bi days, would it be ok if i did my biceps like 8 hours or so after doing back? after doing all my back workouts then try doing curls my arms are way too tired.

Of course you can try that. But why not just have one day for arms, Tris and Bis in one hellacious workout. Your guns will be pumped to the max and the results from this may just surprise you!

I do this.. I take an hour lunch and do a major muscle.. i follow up after work with a minor.
ex: monday noon - chest.. End Of Day- tri
wed: noon - back - EOD bi
etc.
I find that for me, splitting up my workouts into 45 min bursts I can bring more intensity and I make progress vs trying to do too much in one sitting. for me after about 45 min my energy levels drop and I don't get very good pumps
I have been training this way last year and it seems to be the best way for me, when you worout on chest you involve the tri's and in the back's day you involve the bi's, it's like you train your whole arms 2 times a week, and it worked for me.

I think that a better ideea will be alternating from week to week. What I mean is if you start with the back this week next one start with the biceps. I am working like that for the last couple of years and I am very happy with this routine.
