Of course you can try that. But why not just have one day for arms, Tris and Bis in one hellacious workout. I have been training this way last year and it seems to be the best way for me, when you worout on chest you involve the tri's and in the back's day you involve the bi's, it's like you train your whole arms 2 times a week, and it worked for me.Or just a suggestion.. But try switching to Back/Tris and then Chest/Bis... Sort of eliminates the fatigue issue
