The difference is the attached ester to tha active chemical. Pharmacokinetically, this will result in a longer half-life for the enanthate, a shorter one for the proprionate. Also the prop ester is slightly more concentrated in terms of active chemical per volume.

Half life of prop ester about 2 days; Enanthate about 5 days.
The prop ester is a smaller carbon chain and therefore carries less molecular weight per ml than the enanthate. So it takes more mg of the AS (Masterone)
to fill out the ml.
