do you believe in cheat meals or just high carb meals ?

what about protein ? Do you like high protein, say 1.5 to 2 grams per pound of body weight ? or just moderate or lower ?

:p sibil is a trainer who not only trains Winklaar:rolleyes:,but a lot amateurs to and i love the amateurs,they give me a lot of plesure with there training


one of the amateurs i love to train with,Marchel,he make's Winklaars training hot this man is more focus than every one els and push Winklaar to take more weight with his training because Marchel is very strong:Dlol i talk to him if Winklaar take the weight you pick two kilo's more:D

sibil do you believe in high volume or low volume?

for example, how many sets per week/workout would you have a trainee perform for a bodypart such as chest or triceps? are all sets taken to failure?
