Well to tell the truth it also depends on the brand your using, is it extended release if so then you MUST not chew it do the have a line in the middle of the pill? If not then you MUST not chew them if there is a line then you can chew or split them but I would not chew them either way. The key is to have it manage carbs and fats over a period of time
Would Glucophage be something good to take to keep your blood sugar low and to help stay lean while bulking?
Also, I don't know if BigA or anybody could chime in here, but has anybody seen that study that said metformin lowered testosterone levels? I don't know if it was only one study, but what do you experienced guys think?

Gloucaphage helps your blood sugar by keeping it even, not letting it rise(spike) while taking in certain carbs. When your bs levels rise to fast it causes you to convert more carbs to fat. As far as lowering test, if your on test it shouldn't be a problem.

Am I the only one who noticed strange "foamy" stools from metformin From what I understand one of the things it does is block absorbtion of carbs in the gut causing some gastro sides. If its alright I wanted to get rid of 180 500mg tabs of this stuff(exp2008)at cost or cheaper(this stuff is cheap as hell to begin with) I guess I could take a few when I get constipated
