Quick prami question?

ey guys just got my liquid prami, I would like to know if it should be refrigerated and if you cant take it with some juice or should it be taken strait. Thanks guys.

you shouldn't need prami if you aren't taking juice

i think me meant acutal juice as in apple or orange. i could be mistaken. Me personally take it straight

Thats funny... Ya I take it with orange juice usually and No it doesn't need to be refrigerated. Store at room temp.
