Alright so. I've been having trouble finding a routine that suits my body. I have wide shoulders and a slim waist, and I am definately a hardgainer. I'm only 17 so gear isn't an option, which places even more emphasis on my need for a suitable routine. I understand that it's different for everyone and different people get different results with different routines, but if anyone with my body structure that has trouble gaining weight and mass could offer some things that worked for them? Also, is RC's UHT routine designed for my kind of application? Any help is greatly appreciated.
