i finshed my 1st cycle 3 weeks ago. it was test E 500mg/week. i ran it for 14 weeks. i gained 30 pounds altogether. have some but little fat, abs are visible. today was my 7th day of PCT. clomid and nolva. my question is at what point would i expect to start loosing weight and strength. i ask because i managed to gain about 3 pounds since i took my last shot. i weigh myself in the morning on an empty stomach. i thought by now most of the water weight would be gone and i'd loose weight. i've been eating like crazy. as far as strength, on most things i just stayed at the same weight and rep range, some i stayed at the same weight but went down 1 or 2 reps. and some, like shoulders and triceps, i've been going up in reps. so i'm happy right now because i got myself mentally prepared for loosing weight and strength but i haven't yet. do i start to loose gains after 4 or 5 weeks or something.
 
first off, stop thinking about it! itll do more damage than good. keep doing what your doing as if you didnt know there was a crash. a positive mental outlook right now will be your best friend. just think about this, keep the calories, and protien up, the intensity thru the roof, get some LBA's, you gonna be just fine, and the first bad day you have in the gym, where your not as strong, is just that....its only a bad day. if you need a hand with anything pm me.

I agree, its mind over matter...cause if you dont mind, then it dont matter!

Dont over-think, train intense and breif with moderate volume, stick to heavy compound lifts, keep diet in check, check above and get at it
