Hey guys-
I searched the forums and the net and couldn't find a clear answer so thought I'd post my question here.

Is it possible to grow on low dose T3? For example 50mcg ed?

Currently recomping and it's going well but still looking to add some muscle while cutting fat.
To be perfectly honest, last month took a break from training (and AAS) due to injury and need to get some muscle back and cut fat.

Current cycle:
500 Test E
300 Tren E
400 Primo E
GH 2 ius ed
Low dose clen
 
I actually grow better on low dose t3.

Not faster - but better quality tissue.

You have to offset the obvious metabolism upregulation with calories.

I’ll dig up some articles on it later once I’m back from the gym if I find time but my totally non-professional understanding is that it had a positive effect on protein synthesis, provided the intake is sufficient,
 
Absolutely. Works great in a recomp. Keep it to 50mcg max, maybe 75 (no more) but if growth is any priority I'd hold at 50.

50mcg is way too much when bulking - I think max. 37.5mcg but you have to do blood tests to know where you are, aim for the high end - never above

I found a study while back that stated 20mcg per day is the higher limit of what a natural thyroid produces.
 
I worked with Patrick Ptour , and he would put me on off season 12.5 mcg t3 and 50 mcg t4 , the max I took t3 offseason 25 mcg , and let me tell you something it worked and I would notice my skin tighter on muscle

100%. I do 25mcg and I notice a slight improvement above normal.
