Many people I have seen in the gyms over the decades seem to have that same issue. They take butt loads of gear and supplements and often don't look like much.So 10mg test a day, 36 whole eggs, and lemon juice.
i have been fucking up on this bodybuilding hobby for years.Dammit.
You forgot one supplement. So 10mg test a day, 36 whole eggs, and lemon juice.

The 10mg is my TRT, when I was competing I was under 300mg per week, more specific 280mg per week for 8 week for my blast. So any more problem ?
Give yourself credit, you've been here over an ENTIRE decade!Come on now, we’ve both been here over half a decade, No reason to get all butt hurt and cranky about a joke.
It's bodybuilding, it has to be overthought! It's the culture! lolJust take Vitamin D3 and don’t overthink it.
If you prefer it in a supplement form for your self is OK, some prefer natural sources, I ma one of them.Just take Vitamin D3 and don’t overthink it.
Correct egg white cooked is 50% better, egg yolk contains 2.7g protein the whites 4g, the egg’s cholesterol is found in the yolk, cholesterol is exposed to heat during cooking, and oxidizes, and forms new substances called oxysterols. Once in your system, oxysterols are active compounds that help regulate fat metabolism and may contribute to hardening of the arteries, (reports a review in the Circulation Journal in October 2010). Also the yolk contain fat-soluble carotenoids that reduce the risk of cataracts. So that why I prefer the yolk raw. Even if you cook the white and eggs are you only protein source you would still have to consume 25 egg whites to have 100g protein.I thought eggs weren't even all that bioavailable eaten raw? They need to be cooked, at least somewhat.
Am I the broscientist here, or are the people eating raw eggs the broscientists?
That's just nasty anyway I ain't doin that shit

I don't remember where I read it, but my knowledge is that raw yolks are perfectly fine and superior to cooked yolks (as long as you don't get salmonella in your eggs). The whites should be cooked or poached at a minimum.
i know for sure the whites need to be cooked to denature avidin or a lot of them will deplete your biotin
