Man, I've been there. It really sounds like you main problem is Anxiety. Addressing the dopaminergic system is important, and you've got a good weapon there in Cabergoline. So you can check that box. You've said E2 is low enough, so that's good.
I dunno how your diet is, or BP. But I'd get some wholesome foods in me and some anti-oxidants, some B vitamins, co-q10, beet root juice. I know when my BP is up even a bit, I get anxious. Make sure you're getting enough good fats and not staying too hungry for a while. My anxiety is night and day different when I have no food in me.
I'm sure there's more, I'll let the others chime in, but these are a few things that help me. Most of all, put these thoughts from your mind. You are not broken or sick. You look good, feel good and have little to worry about. Your junk works and you have a good girl to use it on! What's to worry about?!? LOL.
Thanks a ton for taking the time to write all that man. I'm pinning all of this down to anxiety and I think it all originated from the negative thinking I started having when I was shut down real hard 8.5 months ago. It's almost like I'm depressed or have developed a self-confidence issue, but I'm starting to see it's all in my head and it's anxiety putting all the annoying thoughts in my head. Your post and the other guys really help a lot to see so I want to say thanks again. Things could be a million times worse for me right now
