500 500mg caps will last you a while. On excels recommended dose of 3grams 500 500mg caps should last you 3 months. So give it some thought and email me if you want to go this route.

Thanks for the offer Superior. I'm going to try to get some caps and do it myself. Can't say you didn't warn us. I actually busted out laughing when I first tasted it as I couldn't get the picture of licking a goats ass out of my head. Not sure how Superior knows...but he's probably right as to that's what it tastes like.LOL Josh...I'll let you know how it works buddy. My wife and I will be starting it very soon. She's getting back on a bench routine to get ready for the World's next year.

If you want to cap them yourself it can easily be done but is a pain in the ass. You can cap 50 capsules at one time using a Cap-M-Quik Capsule Filler. I use a tamper also. You can get about one gram of CEE into a 000 capsule.
