Received REAL care today at Urgent Care

Been on Paxil for a very long time...crippling condition for those that have it, if you haven't had it you have no idea how bad it really is...and not just an anxiety attack, it's that feeling morning through night.

Anyway OP, are you on an SSRI's or being treated for the condition? I only speak as someone who's been down that dark road...if it's uncontrollable get help.

It’s an interesting question regarding belief. If I’m asked I’m not religious in any way however I won’t deny I’ve looked to the skies a few times for help or answers.

Any idea what’s causing the anxiety? Life stress, stimulants, etc? Sometimes we have to be real with ourselves and find the root cause of our issues and really try and attack them. Easier said than done, I know. Hope you start feeling better brother

yeah bad chain of events.... feeling sooooo much better now. got meds and getting back in the gym.

depends. i usually run lil high always have like 140/90 thats without my lisinopril
with lisinopril i am gtg 120/80 etc
whats scary is i was on my lisinopril and mp was 193/121
so imo and docs opinion totally anxiety related.
i took the meds i got and in like 4 hours bp was 100/60 i was soooo tired. and comfortable lol. just wanted to sleep. which i hadnt been able to do for days.
slept like a baby.

I've suffered with anxiety most of my life, it can be debilitating at times. I still haven't figured out what helps, some days are worse than others.

yes. debilitating. like after it builds up after 2-3 days i cant even function. making a decision is like fucking hell.
oh and WORST side effect of anxiety is it KILLS my appetite. i waste away. im normally a lean and athletic 215lbs.

I agree making a decision is almost impossible. Same with going to sleep I will be tired and once I lay down to go asleep it's almost impossible also, I start thinking about the most random shit and worrying about everything, I start trying harder to sleep which makes it worse and I will lay there for hours. I seen a meme the other day and this is me some nights.

glad to see this thread, I used to tough it out like many of you but I realized there is no shame in seeing a DR or getting medication, if that's what helps more power to you
