Receiving money thru W/U question

If some one send me money thru W/U and uses a test question. they only need to know a name(Any name not my real name???) and what state I live in? and then they send me the MTCN Is this correct guys?

If it is less than a grand, you can get away w/o showing ID.

But keep in mind, every small town and every city will have it's diligent clerks who still ask for ID and may need to be educated. I have been turned down trying to receive < 1000 dollars w/o ID, so I went a town over and got the cash. The dude behind the counter was just your average tard.

That is the purpose of having a test and answer question to pick up funds, from WU or MG because many people still don't have I.D or you may not have I.D at a particular time (like you lost your wallet or your driver license is suspended). Unless you are receiving money in your country from another country that requires you have I.D at all times regardless the amount, it is against WU or MG guidelines for them to deny you your money. If the clerk tells you that you need I.D after the fact, ask to speak to a supervisor and make a formal complaint against the clerk. Like Train said, it is usually these clerks that are pissed off because you are picking up more money in day than they make in a month and they want to be assholes or they have no knowledge about how the test and answer question works.
