apple-cinnamon high protein pancakes
mix the following ingrediants in a bowl until it makes a pancake batter-like consistency: 3/4 cup of oatmeal, 1 whole egg, 3-4 egg whites, 1 scoop vanilla praline protein powder, half a chopped apple, a dash of cinnamon and two packets of equal (optional). Pour the mixture into a fry pan and cook on medium until one side is lightly browned. Flip it over until the other side is done.
I find that the consistency is a lot better if you blend all the ingrediants in a hand blender rather than just mix.
