following on from Big A's article 'growth principles for beginners' as well as improving my understanding on growth/training/recovery from other sources, i have adjusted my training accordingly.
i now train 3 days per week, try to limit my total volume, scrap any unncecasery sets and do one proper work set per exercise.-
i now have a better understanding of cns recovery, growth, rest etc.
Q:
how will general activities affect this training regiem and my rgrowth/recovery. the activities i am refering to are things i often like to do outside of training and include rock climbing, grappling, mma, sparring (spellt right??), mountain biking
i am assuming these will eat into my recovery but i am trying not to limit my sociual life/hobbies outside of bodybuilding. i did this last year and nearly whent nuts, but bodybuilding is my priority.
