hey i just started dc and im having trouble recovering. for the past 2 yrs ive been pretty much training like big a, and i wasnt sore ever. but now if i work out monday, when wednesday rolls around im still extremely sore. ive never had recovery problems before exept one time i didnt take any time off for 6 months. any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. i feel like im doing alot more with this type of training but it will do me no good if i can only train twice a week....thanks
