I'm 260 pounds on the dot right now, dropped a few pounds by dropping my carbs to 200 or less a day.
Basically 200-300 is my particular sweet spot to not gain bodyfat
Smaller guys depending on metabolism would need less to maintain I would assume.
Fats around 80-100 a day for me to maintain as well along with my carbs.
3200 cals would be close to maintaining for me.
The key is OP to find out for yourself. Read about caloric expenditure. Listen to Dr Scott Stevenson he's got some brilliant info regarding the metabolism. I've learned a lot from him.
Keep insulin sensitivity up and find your caloric sweet spot. Go from there
