Rev grip curls narrow and wide grip

Do the narrow and wide grip variations of a rev grip curl hit the forearms in slightly different ways? I know it works like that for bicep grip widths, but not sure about forearms, Ive always done them shoulder width and looking to add more forearm development if possible.

You may get a different opinion. But I find shoulder width, so you can do a full range of motion to be best. The other ways just shorten the movement.

wide grip rev curls just feel better and that`s what I stick with.

if Im using a straight bar I just use a grip thats comfortable on my wrists

if Im using an EZ bar then I just grip it where the curves in the bar are

I dont change my grips up so much as the bars Im using, Ill do straight bar, ez bar, ez on the preacher pad, straight or ez bar cable attachments. There you have 5 different variations.

Never used narrow grip, I'd imagine it would be a very unnatural position for your forearms.

I always use the wider grips on the ez curl bar.

And my preferred way of doing them is on a preacher bench going all the way down.

do them whichever way feels the best to you ... if you do them a certain way that really pumps the muscle then that is the way i would stick with... everybody is different bro

Try em on a preacher bench, also for less than $20 you can pick up a forearm rope at walmart or academy I developed mine by using one.

I get the best results just doing shoulder width, never got any benefit from moving around just awkward wrist pain.

Shoulder width always feels good to me. The more narrow I go with the grip, the more I feel my bis being engaged. Typically with reverse I want to isolate forearms as much as physically possible.
