Rich is a businessman, he has to come up with something "new" something that is a "secret" to seem cutting edge for his followers. If you follow his IG you know he just spams it everyday. He has to keep making constant material for his fans. Eventually you run out of shit to say lol. I am sure most his followers have no idea what they are reading but they eat it up.



It does not seem like he answers to anyone, he makes up his own rules and he has come out on top financially. I respect him in that sense. And no matter what you say he is a big mofo + hot wife.



We all know being controversial gets your name out there, they say any publicity is good publicity. People sure give him a lot of attention (good and bad) and he has turned that into financial gain. The brand he has built takes work. He did not just wake up one day and become huge, own a company and become wealthy. Obviously there is more to life then money, muscles and hot wife's...but I like all those things too ha.



For the record I thought the guy was a total dingus at first. I own one 5% tank top now, and follow him for entertainment purposes only lol.

I don't know where to start. 30 pounds of muscle in a few months even if you are natural. Some of the things he says makes sense but the rest is just pure silly and entertainment.

I actually like his new line but you are spot on. I like him in many ways but he has done lots of things that have made me think wtf. Lots of these guys who market themselves as no bullshit and real talk tend to be some of the worst bullshitters around. Whilst he does come out with lots of no nonsense stuff (the truth) he also hides the most obvious lies (site enhancement). I didn't like what he done after Mutant at all either. People say but wouldn't you if you were paid loads... no I wouldn't at all. He made videos about Mutant Mass and how amazing it was, how he had ridiculous amounts, how he even fed it to his dog. Then he leaves them and suddenly weightgainers and protein powders are complete bullshit and you need to eat real food. Fair enough if you have to be a certain way due to your sponsors as they support you. But the way he went about things back then showed a lot about him.

There are countless other things and another obvious one is the syntherol/synthol/seo is crap, 8 hour arms workout and this and that created my arms. But we all know he is loaded up with pmma and whatever else he has in there. When he competed his arms were his weakest bodypart compared to the rest of his huge physique (massive legs etc). They are not created by zottman curls are using a different angle on preacher curls. Don't get me wrong either as he is literally the most impressive bodybuilder I have ever seen in person and I have seen nearly all the top competitors of today. But if you know a fraction about bodybuilding some of the things he says are just blatant crap.

He has done great for himself so well done and as I mentioned I like a lot of what he stands for. He also seems like a nice person plus I don't like to hate but he doesn't help himself with some of the stuff he puts out. Opinions change over time but when you go from left to right in a matter of weeks it shows a lot about your character.

I'm not going to watch the video but I will say I liked Rich a lot when I first found him but it seems like his videos declined in quality over time. If I watch people like him and Kali Muscle for pure entertainment purposes it doesn't bother me and I can laugh but I used to take him seriously.
