Just got off the phone with Rob and he sounds 100% ready...And he is actually going to make the middles... ...says this is the most in shape he has ever been...I saw him before he left and he looked amazing, cross striated quads like dugdale...He has got a shot at winning that class...

He is from Chicago area and this is going to be his last season competing and he wants his family to be able and see him onstage...Plus he originally planned on being a light heavy and thought JR's would be a better path for his first time out with the big boys...
